  • 2 cups flour (910)

  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (6)
  • 4 large ripe bananas (440)
  • 1/4 cup applesauce (25)
  • 1/2 cup cashew milk (13)
  • 1 teaspoons almond extract
  • 1.5 cup blueberries (120)
Directions:
1. Oven to 350 degrees
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon. Set aside.
3, Place the mashed bananas in a large bowl. Add the applesauce, milk, and almond extract. Stir until well combined. Slowly stir in the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined. Carefully fold in the blueberries.
4.Bake until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean, about 25 minutes.
